Kung Fu Qigong Lion Dance Our School

Welcome to Chin Lung Martial Arts School

Our mission is to spread and perpetuate the arts of Chan Family Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu, Lohan Qigong and traditional Chinese Lion Dancing. Our students learn self-defense, gain discipline and live a healthier lifestyle. We are the Hawaii Hung Sing Gwoon, founded by Sifu Kieran Tong, disciple of Grandmaster Chen Yong Fa, 5th generation direct descendent of the Choy Lee Fut founder, Chen Heung.

Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu Choy Lee Fut (CLF) traces its roots back to the Shaolin Temple, and is one of the most widely practiced Kung Fu styles in the world. Unlike most other Kung Fu styles, CLF combines the hand techniques of Southern Kung Fu with the kicks used in Northern styles.

Lohan Qigong Lohan Qigong, also commonly spelled Chi Kung, uses slow movements (similar to Tai Chi) and breath control to improve both physical and mental well-being. Qigong is a basic and grounding concept behind all martial arts. Its practice enhances Kung Fu and other martial arts skills and is also therapeutic for aging or injured muscles and joints.
Chinese Lion Dance The Chinese Lion Dance symbolizes good fortune and prosperity. It is performed at cultural events, shop openings and major family celebrations like weddings and milestone birthdays.
