Lohan Qigong Classes

Sup Bat Lohan Qigong (18 Lohan)

Lohan Qigong sets are slow, flowing, and relaxed. They promote internal organ harmony, correct breathing, and a healthier stronger body. The slow movements of Qigong are similar to Tai Chi.

Classes start with warmup exercises, stretching, and Qi massage. New students will learn breathing and walking exercises. Then, students learn the 18 Lohan Qigong set and continue with other Lohan Qigong sets and exercises. Tai Chi Chuan and push hands are also practiced in the Qigong classes.
